A GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE BASE MODEL

• There's a design of a full plant assemblage in a module version:
• Washing modules (washing modules quantity depends on washing channels quantity) contains of a circulating tank (in heat insulation), a washing pump, a heating node (heating is steam), control devices, piping arrangement and accessories to redistribute flows;
• The main washing solution keeping tank (in heat insulation) including level detectors, piping arrangement and accessories to redistribute flows;
• A node of a concentrated solution dosing;
• A control panel (protective degree IP 65);
• A frame supporting.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF A BASE MODEL

• A tank for rinsing water gathering and storage (with thermal isolation) with level detectors, piping arrangement and valves.
• A tank for hot water storage (with thermal isolation) with level detectors, piping arrangement and valves.

• Washing liquid  consistent supply including its circulation in a washing contour (or without circulation) in each channel independently and a subsequent drainage;
• Heating and keeping washing liquid temperature in each channel independently;
• Mixing and keeping necessary concentration of a washing or disinfecting solution in each channel independently;
• Technological regulations control.

ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL OPTIONS

• Rinsing water gathering and storage (after washing in alkaline solution) to use again as the first rinsing.
• Hot water keeping (thermal disinfection).

• Logical and programm control of industrious mechanisms and pumps according to realizable washing unit programms;
• Automatic regulation of washing liquid temperature;
• Automatic regulation of washing and disinfecting solutions concentration;

In a base version automation system is on the base of industrial controllers with an opportunity of integration in automatic  plant system.

A dialog between an operator and the unit is by means of pressing a button "menu" to choose the following information:

• a washing channel;
• washing objects;
• washing programms;
• service (an opportunity of main set parameters alteration);
• control (automation, a manual mode);
• archive (a technological journal in real time scale).
